I broker private aviation. I run two property companies in Jacksonville. I patented a speaker floor that lets audiences feel music through the ground beneath them. I write the software that runs all of it while I sleep.
Start a conversationI'm Aviation Director at FBOJETS, where I broker private jet charters and ownership programs for clients who don't measure trips in miles. Most of them don't measure them in dollars either — they measure them in hours they get back.
On the side — really, on the same side — I run Falcon Property Management, a six-year-old residential management company in Jacksonville, and Live Oak Home Management, a white-glove home-oversight brand for owners whose primary residence isn’t the only one they care about.
And then there’s the one that started as a side project and ended up at the patent office. Emotions Platform is a speaker-floor system I designed and prototyped — a way for audiences to feel music through the ground beneath them, not just hear it through a wall of front-of-house. The accessibility use case for deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences was, frankly, the thing I didn’t see coming, and now can’t unsee.
The thread running through all of it is operations. Whether it’s a prospect choosing between fractional and full ownership, a homeowner needing a vendor at 9pm on a Sunday, or a venue installer asking how many panels mesh-sync over Wi-Fi, the work is the same: build systems that respect the client’s time and run quietly in the background.
Most of those systems are autonomous AI agents I wrote myself. I’m not the marketing version of “AI-native.” I’m the version that ssh’s into a server at two in the morning to fix a script.
Build it once, build it correctly, then let it run while you sleep. — operating principle
Charter, jet cards, and fractional brokerage. ARG/US Gold and Platinum operators only. Clients who care about the same things I do — on-time, on-spec, and never having to ask twice.
fbojets.comLong-term residential management for Jacksonville-area owners and investors. Six years deep, vendor network built brick by brick, and the kind of communication owners stop noticing — because nothing is ever broken long enough to surface.
falconpropertiesfl.comA separate brand for homeowners whose calendar moves faster than their thermostat. Walk-throughs, vendor coordination, vacancy oversight, and a single point of contact. Built for second-home owners who would rather not become facilities managers.
liveoakhomemanagement.com Patent PendingA patented speaker-floor system that lets audiences physically feel sound through the ground beneath them. Wireless mesh sync, scalable to any venue, single 110v draw. Originally engineered to give deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences a way back into live music — now used by venues, festivals, and the events that want their audiences to remember the room.
